One West Bank
Loan modification

I have been trying to get a loan modification from One West for almost 2 years. They ask for paperwork that was already submitted, they gave me a 3 month trial after the trail, and me paying on time, they told me a document was missing, which i sent via fax, and certified mail, with a signature from someone in their company, I called they said there was nothing they could do, even though they had recieved the paperwork. I got an attorney I have been working with to help me, They have asked for the same paperwork, which was given on time. My attorney called last week to see the status, the customer service rep said it was still on review, but she doubts i will get it, when asked she just hung up the phone. My attorney called again and all she got was a recording stating I was mising paperwork, to please submit. They are horrendus, it is a crime what they are doing, They got bailed out and doing what they want there has to be someone to regulate this
