Loan Modification - Loan Modification

I have been trying to get my loan modified since August. My husband lost his job and the bills have been piling up. So I was relieved when I heard about this program. I filled out the application and sent in the necessary paper work. So I thought. After about two months, I received a letter stating that I was missing paperwork. So I sent in the necessary paperwork again. I didn't hear from Chase for about two months again, so I called them to make sure my application was complete and could be processed. They informed me on the phone I was missing more paperwork or that my paperwork expired. Im glad I called them because thay didn't try to contact me. So I faxed over the necessary documents. I called them the very next day. Guess what? My application is still incomplete because of missing paperwork. Each time I called them I was told something different and that this is all I would need to send in to complete my application. I was told this 5 times! Each time they wanted something different. So today Im going to fax over yet more paperwork. I wonder if this program really works because I have yet to hear of one positive outcome from this company. So for anyone who is ready to expose this company and tell there story, I would be happy to team up with you. So until then I will fight this never ending battle of trying to get my loan modified!
