Fairbanks Capital Corp
Payments were not credited... Now Foreclosing

Business & Finance

When Fairbanks took over my mortgage my first payment was due to them on February 1 (watch my dates). I sent that payment to them... Never got credit for it.

March 1... Sent another payment, April 1... Another payment, during this time I have already received a letter from the courts that they had filed. NO Idea Why!

My next letter states exactly this "This letter constitutes formal notice of default under the terms of the Note and Deed of Trust or Mortgate because of failure to make payments required by the Note, Mortgage or Deed of Trust. On 05/01 amount due and owing is $2,221.57".

My house payment is $404.00 pr month, explain how I would over over $2000 if I were behind 3 months... I have the cancelled checks from my bank... That yes they cashed...

I am being forclosed upon and they are taking my home! How do these dirty rotten scoundrels get by with this? I didn't ask for it!
