Ripoff

Well they said it was around $50.00 for the card with our understanding it was a regual credit card when we got it they took more money out of the back they have costed almost $400.00 dallars and we cant even use the card. The only way we can order anything is with a down payment so its nothing like they had told me. So i would like my money back!!!
