$2.00 charge

I received my Statement and had a $2.00 cost for revolving credit. Our May bill was obtained by me on 4/4, I settled the statement on 4/19, they did not credit my bill until 4/26. After I named they stated they're permitted to cost $2.00 charge for cost not obtained by 4/15 - the statement was not due until 4/26. It is a fraud. I ended my Macy's consideration and certainly will no further buy something from their website.
