Charged My Account for Purchase They Promote but I Didn't Authorize ripoff Baltimore Maryland

Paid off entire balance of my card. The next day Orchard Bank had charged my account $99.99 for something called "Great Fun". When I called customer service they said I had cashed or deposited a check for $8.00 which supposedly initiated this membership.

However, I never cashed or deposited a check from them for $8.00 and suspiciously they couldn't prove that I had. As of today, they have agreed to remove the transaction from my account. I also asked to have my account closed as I will no longer do business with them.interestingly, following that request I was disconnected from the person I was talking with and have not been able to reach another customer service representative.

Orchard Bank is a rip-off company!
