Continued harassment, they don't care if they break the law ripoff

I wrote about this gang once before. They harassed me on an alleged debt they said I owe last July/August. Even then they admitted that this supposed debt was almost 9 years old and way past the Statute of Limitations.

Now they're calling me again about the same thing, and I still don't really know what they're talking about. They keep yelling the same thing, you owe the money now pay up. I sent them 2 letters last year to validate their claim and prove it by providing documentation. They never sent me a thing.

The idiot on the phone tonight even stated that they knew this supposed debt was uneforceable in court but I had to pay it. I hung up on the guy and kicked out a validation/cease communication letter and then followed up with a complaint of my own to the State Attorney Generals office and the BBB. Probably get no help from either of the last 2, but it felt good to vent.
