Ripped Me Off!

I just got ripped off by Home Depot Credit (GE Capital). I got a post card in the mail last year for 12 months free interest. For 12 months when I made payment, they posted the payments to my balance and nothing was ever posted to the free interest account. They are now charging me $120 on a $400 balance. When I called them they said that I should have called them each month and told them to put the additional payment towards this card that they do not automatically do this. They refused to do anything and I have been an A client with them for over 10 years.

Time to payoff the account in full and start shopping at Lxxxx!
