Fraudulent Practices

Nationstar mortgage provided us the house change plan despite the fact that we did not always require it. They pressed it as a means of lowering our curiosity and so cost amount. Exactly what a package? Right? Never.

We adopted their path to some " T ", settled the things they requested and promptly. After awaiting about 9 weeks for that ultimate loan modificaiton documents they abruptly refuse us and state they're placing us in to the foreclosure procedure!!!???

The loan change agreement claims when one is refused for that plan that they can alter oneis payment per month to incorporate the distinction to become compensated within the period of oneis mortgage. They're in violation of the own agreement.

We've our attorney focusing on this issue around.

Nationstar is high in criminals!!! They're conning everyone.

DoN't consider the lure of the mortgage loan modification plan it's a fraud to try and place fake costs on the mortgage and foreclose you to allow them to escape from underneath the loans they have using their customers.
