Terrible Customer Service

Nationstar Mortgage LLC purchased our mortgage from CitiMortgage, efficient November 1. The only real paperwork we've obtained was from Citi about that move and nothing from Nationstar. Three months before our mortgage payment was due, we named both businesses and was educated that people could make our Nov payment with Citi as our last cost. Whenever we visited Citi to create our cost, we were educated our consideration was shut and we'd need to talk to Nationstar concerning the issue. We named Nationstar. But rather we got submitted to some bad lady's home that has been getting numerous furious calls from Nationstar clients. We attempted the amount again and lastly got a who couldn't reveal something about our consideration, conditions or something about our paperwork until in a few days (when it'd be too late to deliver a cost). The one thing Nationstar might reveal was to deliver our cost to some P.O. Container in Colorado applying Citi's bill number. No surprise Nationstar continues to be charged of scam and it has numerous impending lawsuits against them. They drive you to their conditions with no customeris verification!
