Giving the run around anout refinacing/or modification not honoring the finicial stability plan signed by presdent obama lewiesville, texas

I am 42 yr old American who pays of bills and taxes. I own my own home and one of many americans who has a upside down mortgage from Fannie Mae. I struggle everyday but manage to pay my mortgage and debt on time. I have encurred about 80% debt, but again I manage to PAY MY DEBTS ON TIME!

On MARCH 4TH TILL current I have contacted my Lender NationStar Mortgage and have spoken to Frank Rosas the manager of the Fannie Mae modification department for NationStar Mortgage who has BLANTLY explained to me. "Per Fannie Mae they are only providing relief for home owners who are at least 30 days behind on their mortgages. I have read the Finicial Stability Plan sign by my President Obama which cleary extends some relief for many Americans like myself. I have answered Yes to All the folllowing qualifications, but yet my Lender will not even except my application because i am not behind on my mortgage.

I NEED HELP I NEED SOMEONE TO OFFER THE CORRECT DIRECTION I NEED TO GO. I am getting the run-around and this company clearly is not honoring the relief for AMERICANS WHO PAY THIER MORTGAGE ON TIME, BUT WERE HIT BY THE PRIME LOAN DISASTER!!!
