CitiMortgage is awful... I've been spending on an property for 5 years today now they explained they'll no further take funds because they simply recognized the initial loan owner is useless... Today for that previous 5 years they've had the death certification and also have approved funds understanding the initial loan owner died... Today I've togo out and obtain a loan to pay for them off... And Also To top it off there's just $12,000 owed about the mortgage...
