I've been not able to fall my PMI to-date. I'm at 77% LTV centered on unique price of 2 Device Rental Home. At source with Gathering Mortgage, we mentioned eliminating PMI after 80%, but there's no-documentation observing this. Gathering offered the loan to CitiMortgage. Citimortgage today informs me it's to become 70% LTV of unique cost! I've requested for Supervisors in the last a few months and obtain the same kind of solution every time.
