Credit card fraud

I decided to recieve some face cream to sample for your shipping only and that i was not capable to utilize it due to allergies and called them immediately and ended. They explained to return the creams and that i did that by postal service.

I told them i simply wouldn't manage to use it and desired to cancel any more deliveries and there shouldn't have been any expenses, however when my credit card statement got they charged my card for $96.90 on 02/18. These were told to cancel anymore deliveries per week after trying them.

I returned everything. I'd a month to determine if iwanted anymore delivered, so there is never grounds to charge my card for any point. I'd nothing and they've my money!

These were nice concerning the cancelation, however it is just a scam and fraud. There isn't any telephone number about the credit card bill and that i have no idea what it's anymore because the paperwork needed to go back with these products. Is there any recourse to recover my income?
