Am being billed for product I don't want. Only wanted sample product. Have been charged on my credit card twice $83.80

Requested test of merchandise for 4.99. Didn't need normal deliveries. The merchandise isn't efficient. I've been charged twice for 83.80. I delivered an email towards the organization last month not to deliver anymore Acai Berries items when I did not feel it had been a great item. I don't need anymore items and that I do not wish to keep getting charged. Spoke to some customer support consultant today and was handed this handle to fix the issue. I've also spoken to my charge card business about that. Thanks.
