They can not be trusted

I've been with t mobile for 10years and not had an issue so far. The t mobile consultant explained that after I include lines to my loved ones strategy that I'd not be reviving my agreement about the previous collections. I chose to get fresh 2 lines and pair weeks later I chose to stop my previous lines and today t mobile consultant is informing me that the lines' agreement continues to be restored therefore easily stop the two aged lines they'd cost me $500 for rescheduling the two previous lines. T mobile reps shouldn't be respected simply because they let you know anything you need and choose to not place it within their records therefore the next time you contact because of the same issue it had been never mentioned therefore it was never mentioned. You're the main one who'd been fraud from the t mobile reps. Just how can we all know the things they are composing within their pc whenever we are about the telephone. T mobile are liars and not to become respected!!! They're scam, liar and con artiest!!!
