Of Long Beach Ripoff! Running up my air time on my cell trying to sell me on a credit card

These people have somehow gotten my cell phone number and they sometimes call me at least 4 times per day offering their credit card. The calls started last Thursday, 9 January 04 and I received my latest call this morning. All of my numbers are registered with the National Do NOT CALL List and I have also told them to cease calling me and put me on their do not call list. To no avail, the calls continue. And when I begin to blow up at them for their harassing phone calls they hang up but phone again a couple of hours later.

The caller ID on my cell says "Unavailable" each time I receive a call from them. I can't afford not to answer the call as I have friends and relatives whose number ID's also show up "Unavailable". I am now beginning to feel threatened and am concerned that the same way they obtained my cellular number, they could obtain other personal information about me which could be substantial enough to grow into identity theft.

Please help me with this matter as it is becoming to be harassing, threatening and a nuisance. Although I can not attach a definitive monetary value suffered to this complaint, I can say they run my airtime, stop me from working (because when I receive one of their calls during my working hours, I have to waste time answering the cell phone and chewing them out)
