Ripoff charged 7000 dollars in fees because they would not get back with us with payoff quote for months

We had a buyer for our home. Which went into forcloser because we were 3mths behind. We asked for help in trying to get smaller payments but all they would do is make payments 300 dollars higher. So we put the house up for sale and had a buyer the realator called and asked for a payoff but they would not get back to her for 3mts later meanwhile they added all these fees addine up almost 7000 dollars. We owed 58,130.00 dollars by time we got the payoff we had to pay them 64,900 we asked them to reduce charges and they said no.
