Ripoff contiunous phone calls

I started to get phone calls from the above named harasser about a month ago. I do not give my cell number to anyone for this reason, yet they managed to get my number and keep calling me. After the last phone call (which I did not answer), I called them back from a private line and asked them to take me off of their calling list. I even filed a complaint with the FCC Do Not Call Registry as my cell number is and has been registered for quite some time. I did not receive any phone calls for about a week, then I received another call on 07/25/06. I am in desperate need of getting rid of these people.
