Bait and switch

I had been processing 2010 fees for my 21-year old who'd under $8000 revenue with no breaks, home, etc. We employed the free edition this past year for 2009. Utilizing last-year's log-in it instantly changed us towards the Luxurious edition, getting $29.95 before it'd I would like to document national or printing. (We decided to not document condition together due to the additional charge.) There is no caution or indicator this might happen. Is that this baitandswitch authorized? What about a-class action suit from the organization?
