Ripoff non reliable, untrue to their word, does not follow up on work to be done

They claim they did not receive an invoice for my hazard insurance, although it was the same one from when I started the mortgage with them. Anyway, when I called they were very eager to help.
They contacted my insurance company made arrangements to overnight payment and even called me back to assure me it was taken care of.
In the meantime the person helping me handwriting was unledgable and it went out in regular mail. Needless to say my insurance lasped an increased $283.00.
They admit they did not send it overnight but it is nothing more that can be done.
