Ripoff bank refused to lower payment after they knew i lost my job Mrs. Frezza

Mrs. Freeza called my mother numerous times, asking for me. I did fall behind the payments but my mother has nothing to do with the lease i have through chase manhattan bank i am the only person who's name is on the lease and she is getting constantly harrassed by Mrs. Freza i do not live with my mother since i got married in 2000. She is very upset because the woman named in the complaint keeps calling at my mothers home harrassinh her even though she said my daughter does not live here anymore. My mother knows the last name of Mrs. Freza and will file a harrassment complaint less she does not receive anymore phone calls about collection on my 2002 Jeep Liberty.

This afternoon, mrs Freza called my mother in law downstairs i told mrs Freza that the deliquent payments will be paid!

Mrs. Freza isoverly agressive, and pushy, at the same time.

I told her i had fallen behind payments because i lost my job recently and it's only 4 weeks that i am working at my new job, but she does not want to hear it being from Chase Manhattan Banks Vehicle Repo Department she even knows that the 2002 Jeep Liberty i'm leasing is leaking radiator coolant, and the vehicle just got repaired from a wheel bearing defect. The rear end of the jeep liberty was shaking so bad it felt like the rear wheel was gonna come out from the vehicle, luckily i did not get into a bad accident and it got fixed by the dealer, but the dealer cannot find the radiator leak on my vehicle, and the payment of $316.00 is killing me being my husband does not work and i have other bills to pay for Mrs. Freza knows i must break this lease because living on one paycheck the vehicle became a hardship, something i cannot afford anymore there are other complaints on your site i'm glad about chase manhattan bank of new york i hope my complaint will give them even more of a bad name a bak that is very bad to do business with. Chase manhattan BAn? Consumers beware of Chase Manhattan Bank it's the biggest rippoff Bank in New York City and New York State!!
