This company promised a credit card in 30 days to re-establish credit, 11/20 took $149.00 dollars no card yet

On Nov. 1 I received a call from a Mr. Rocky Warner from 888-270-0089 offering a credit card. I took the offer since I was trying to re-establish after bankruptcy. They withdrew the $149.00 from checking account on 11/20/03 as agreed but have yet to send card, but did send a privacy policy notification.

I have called the 888 number several times and left messages. Received one response from a young lady who did not leave her name saying that my papers were in a backorder and should be out in the next 30 days. After 60 days and working on 90 I felt that this was too long to send out a credit card.

I called there corporate number 562-989-3730 after reading several usacomplaints.com. Was directed to call 800-605-1489 on 1/15/04 which you can only leave a message which I did and have been doing everyday since with no response.

My last message today was that I have reported them to the FTC, Better Business Bureau and your website, and my next call will be by my attorney if my monies are not returned by the end of this week.
