Ripoff cant to take money out people accounts

I did the trial 30 day so i could evaluate the information and to see if i wanted to keep the cards provided by CCA Memebercard Service Division. I tried numerous times to cancel my cards before the due date.

When I finaly got through it was pass the due date, lucky me. I was told once I paid the $99.99 I could cancel. The $99.99 was paid and I called to cancel. Three months later I recieve a letter in the mail from them saying I owe 300 and like 16 dollars for this year dues ("04"). I then called them up and talked to a person who came off a little rude to me to find out that from his records I never tried to cancel and I only called once before. Know I find out they try to take the money out and gave me a negative $-40.00 in my account. Two weeks later they take $198.99 out of my checking account.
