Ripoff can not unsubscribe from their service

Called before trial period to cancel subscription. Calls can only be made for certain times. Told me, I could not cancel and that they charged my credit card for a year. I called them to stop subscription before trial was over. Spoke with 3 people and they were all very rude. Would not listen to reason. They claim I never called to cancel, but I gave them a date. Shame 800 #'s don't show up on my phone records.

The service is very slow. Takes forever to get on internet.

This company is far from being a so-called bargain.
