High pressured, No cancellation policy

Clayton Browne is a employee / supervisor of CCA and when I tried to cancel my membership, he would not allow me to end my membership.

He repeatedly knocked the price of membership instead of honoring my request to cancel. He went down in ten dollar incriments.

He used high pressure tatics to keep me as a member despite the fact that I have not recieved any service to date.

I wanted to cancel and to recieve a refund, however Clayton Browne made this immpossible.
