Card canceled after 13 years of paying bill on time

I've had a charge card for 13 years with citicards & nowadays got a notice stating they weren't likely to have us as customers, because of anything on our credit that's nothing related to this consideration. Therefore it doesn't matter how my connection using the organization hasbeen they today may suppose that to some medical statement I'm not likely to look after additional company, this isn't correct business & I understand this due to possessing 2 of these, it creates me seem poor after I've accomplished nothing wrong!!!
