Citicards Extra Cash program is a way of get you to use more money instead giving you the cash reward or gift card. If you have $100 dollars in Extra Cash, Citicards will ONLY allow you to redeem $10 to buy a $100 from him in his website (you have to pay whatever price on the website). Another word, if he gave you $100 the so call Extra Cash (actually is the fish bait, you never see any cash or you can not do any except buy big thing from him), you have to spend $900 real cash from your own pocket.
