Overpayment of 435.74 Not Refunded After Closing Card Account

I closed my account three years ago. On 10-11-05 my balance was 20,674.26, and my payment was not due until 10-17-05. On 10-11-05 I submitted a check for 21,100.00 to the Citibank Platinum Select card. At first there was a balance due to me of 435.74. Then they sent me a new statement and charged me 141.96, stating that these charges were in my agreement and were for the previous month's billing, for which I was already being charged finance charges. As it stands now, they have not returned any money to me, and it has been a month, because today is 11-15-05.
