Liars, thiefs, horrible company

Like the person before me, my fiance also talked to the "manager" and set up a repayment schedule. The only difference is #1- the truck was technically payed off from the bank because the car lot had paid it off for some reason. But according to the bank they wanted more money and wouldn't give up the title until they got it... Fine whatever we understood that we had not payed off the truck so that was fine.

Well, every time he called up there and asked for the manager, he got a different person until eventually they just always told him the manager was not in. This was all after they had come to an agreement and were going to send out papers. I told him not to give them any money until we had proof of the agreement... Almost 2 months later we still have not received the letter. They claimed they had sent it out twice now but I don't think things get lost that often in the mail.

So now we have a truck that we were trying to sell before all of this had happened (because of financial situations) and we can't do anything with it because we can't get the title. We have been as patient as possible but from what we hear and from what I have seen online, we are not the only ones struggling with them.
