Autozone - The "Manager" autozone rude unprofessional

I ordered a pair of struts on October 1st, and was told they would be there the next day. I went back, and they weren't there because 'the truck' didn't come. That's fine, whatever.

I checked back a few more times over the next couple weeks; still not there. I went today and told them if the part wasn't there, I just wanted a refund. First this 'manager' looks at my reciept and says "They're not supposed to arrive till 10/2, come back on 10/2." I politely told him that it was 10/15.

"Oh wow, it's October already, " he said. Okay, fine, whatever. He asked me what happened (and my fiance was with me) and we said that we were told 'the truck' never came. "What truck?" he asked. My fiance said, in a polite and reasonable tone, "Whatever truck they were supposed to be on." The supposed 'manager' then told my fiance not to "get smart with him."

Finally he gave me my money back and told me I could have 10% off my "next purchase" which I am NEVER going to make. Just don't go there. There are 2 other auto parts stores each one block away from this dump; it's not like they're the only gig in town.
