Unfair Annual Fee Instituted

Bank of America in instituting an annul charge of $39.00 to begin in May on my CREDIT charge card I've together. Personally I think this really is particularly unjust, when I am on SSI which is my only CREDIT card. I actually donot understand if this really is illegitimate or not but am likely to discover!
