I named Bank of America Charge Card customer support to pay for my bill down. After I offered them my bank account data. The client service representative. Explained that I will obtain the credit point elevated on my charge card and transferred me to a different division where the repetition. Explained that not just they cannot improve my borrowing limit however they'll need to shut my bill together and that I'll also shed all of the factors that I've gathered during the last 6 years. ABSURD! She could not clarify anything-but kept saying again and again again that since my revenue isn't just like it had been after I popped the consideration, they cannot conduct business with me despite the fact that I've NEVER been overdue on producing my regular charge card payments. Bank of America sucks, I am not alone who experienced this, others also have explained the comparable tales, NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICA! They are so UNAMERICAN!
