I've credit card with bank of america for more than 15 years. Recently, they gave me rate of percent8.00, and charged me annul cost of 18.00, i proceed to make my cost, i realized that the funds i'm producing never goes for that $18.00, today the $18.00 is $48.00 and that's because thy are getting . 99 about the annul fees. So i named, and told them i love to pay the annul charge in cash, nor wish to finance the annul charge, but thy explained you can't do that. Which implies the $18.00 that will be now $48.00" due to high interest" will continue to increase even if i present to pay the annul payment in income.

Which means they're making me to cover interest on the amount that i don't wish to borrow or fund?

Do you consider that's cost even when regulations permit them?
