From: Brian Michaud 12304 Kayak Drive Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 On my recent bill for my Visa Bank of America Card Account, I was charged an Annual Percentage Rate of 60.68%. I called Bank of America @ 1800-626-2556 and 1 800 266-0212 and told them of the illegal finance charge. Their managers refused to remove the charge. I have been a loyal customer to Bank of America for 10 years however I cannot stand by and allow them to fraudulently charge me this unreasonable and illegal charge.
