The shapeis name was " YEARLY MOMENTS NECESSITY RECORD - OWNERS AND SHAREHOLDERS " (CS TYPE MINUTE-FL011)

It appeared established enough, especially because the return handle was in Tallahassee, Florida. Nevertheless, I've never noticed something such as this before, and so I named my accountant, who established this is just a FRAUD and explained to toss the documents within the trash.
