I've so much paperwork that requires handling (including material for my S Corp) that occasionally I actually donot enter specifics and simply sign the check. I have acquired a notice about getting penalized to be out-of conformity since I forgot to submit my yearly meeting minutes. It appeared really established and originated from Corporate Compliance Centre situated in Sacramento, CA. I'm just like a trick today, but at that time it handed my radar, and so I submitted the cash ($120.00). Did not think hard about this till I obtain some terrible-searching conference minutes themes... Exactly what a scam!!!
