This law firm has continued to harrase me even though i have mailed them a letter on dec 29 requesting that they no longer call me and disputing the amount they are billing me for. I attempted to explain how this debt came to be and yet i have gotten no response from that as well. This debt is five years old and has been charged off by the company they report they are representing. There for lieing about that. It is a debt they purchased for a minimal fee. I am tired of recieving up to three phone calls per week when i sent them a letter requesting that the calls stop. It is my understanding that this is their ammo and they continue until you give in. Until they can get the debt bk down to what is the amount owed a of 2006 and what the credit card company was unable to recover as a right off then i do not feel they are being far and this should if not is illegal action against me.
