Ripping off small business! Beware!

11/7: Received this Official letter from CORPORATE RECORDS SERVICE stating the following: "Submit the annual minutes records form together with the payment of $125.00 for preparation of documents to satisfy the annual minutes requirement for your corporation."

This is totally fraud. Please beware!!!

And last but not least... Another paragraph from the document:

"Corporate Records Service is not a government Agency and does not have or contract with any government agency to provide this service." duhhh
