Scam Alert - Bogus company tries to get money for supposedly filing annual minutes records

Every year I get one of these forms telling me I need to pay $125 to Corporate Records Service to file my "Annual Minutes Requirement Statement form, " and every year I trash it. This is a scam, and has absolutely othing to do with your filing obligations for the state your business is in. Do not send them any money. I just wish the postal authorities would do something about this.
