Did not authroize this transaction. The billed me using my bank account and I never knew about it. E

I was billed by this company without even joining it. The bill appeared on my checking account without my authroization. I did not know who these people were. I called them and told them it was an unauthorized charge. They said go to another website for a refund. I did. I called the bank and was connected to the check fraud department and explained the matter to them. They will investigate. I think this type of company should not be allowed to operate like this.
