Unlimited Local Savings ULS stole money from my checking account

Unlimited local savings took 49.99$ from my account.

My car broke down i needed 2200$ to fix it, I filled up a lot of loans applications online but i made sure nothing is autorized it is just applications for loans to see if i qualify for a loan.

Today i went to the store thinking i have 56$ in my bank account my debit card kept declining i got home check my bank account onl;ine there is is weird check 49.99$ so i called the 800# on the check i said "i did not autorize this transaction i don't even know who you are or what you do" the guy said oh i applied for loans i said cut the crap i did not autorize anything he reffered me to a web refund page and hang up.

I thaught sometyhing is fishie i caled my bank they said to go file dispute at my branch and " DO NOT FILE FOR REFUND" since i did not autorize this transaction.By filling for refund i will be admitting that i autorised the transaction and they can deny my refund.

Bank froze my account to be procted from another frauds. And now waiting till monday to figure things out.

Who is protecting people like me who 50$ is a big deal inmy life. I am a cancer surivor every peny counts in my life. 50$not a big deal for the bank as they told me on the phone.
