I applied fora PayDay loan that I never went through with and when I checked my bank account this morning there was a "check" for $49.99 that had been taken out of my account that I didn't authorize. I called the customer service number that was written in the memo, which was Unlimited Local Savings. I told them I had not authorized the charge, and they directed me to a website (777 Discount Club) where I could request a refund.
I was told I would be refunded within 72 hours, but reading the other complaints about this company, doesn't appear that will happen. I called my bank and notified them because I was charged a $35 overdraft fee because of it. I am furious right now... It is 4 days before Christmas and I don't even have money to feed my family because of them. I will join anyone is suing this company for wire fraud! I never authorized this charge, or any "subscription" for that matter. These people need to be put in prison where they belong.
