Harrassment, illegal activities against collection laws

I have a debt with amex that i spoke with them about over 2 years ago. The debt was purchased by mjr collectionsas the original company sold the debt.

I get phone calls from private numbers 6-7 times a day. The first call i got i told them i was unable to pay and went into details of my discussion with amex who told me they had written off the account. Mjr collections calls all times of the day. Last two weeks i got a letter from them stating they had filed a judgement against me and they were seeking 30% interest from last payment. They included a copy of the last bill from amex. Debt is 2000.00. As i am not indebted to these vultures i am not about to speak with any of them as my debt is with amex who wrote the debt off.

I found out that the document sent to me wasnot a real legaldocument even though it had a seal

Today i got a phone call at work 2x this man purporting to be a lawyer for mjr. I said if you are a lawyer then you know it is illegal to contact me at work without my permission. I hung up he called again to let me know he has started legal proceedings to have my wages garnished as he spoke with hr.

How do i get these people off my back. I never answer private numbers. The phone calls are harrassing and now to put the icing on the cake they have contacted me at work.
