Harassing and Illegal Debt Practices ripoff

I don't even know where to begin with this company. They can't contact me at home so they contact me at work everyday and leave harasssing messages. So after the second attempt of them calling me at work. I finally except their call at home and spoke to a rep by the name of "Lisa" and I try to see if I can get a payment plan worked out which she declines and says I have to pay all or get my wages garnished.

So I tell the representative that what they are doing is illegal and she transfers me to her so called "supervisor" by the name of "Rochelle" (who refuses to give me her last name.) And denies that her employee "the rep" who goes by the name of "Lisa" isn't doing anything illegal and that they are going by the FDCPA a.K. A Fair Debt Collection Practice Associateion guidelines that they can do whatever they want, however they want to collect a debt.

I already know my rights as a consumer so then I ask for their address so I can formally tell them that I wish them to not contact me any longer and the snake Rochelle tells me to stop harassing her! It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure this out that you can't work with this company and I see 9 people on here with almost the same complaints about this company and their illegal pratices. Has anyone contacted a lawyer yet? Let the board know because after I find out their real address and they still break the law I will have to take it a step further.
