I am thinking of filing a class action suit against American Express. Here is the deal. I need to hear from people who have the same problem.

I applied for and have in my possession a Rewards Plus Gold Card and Business Platinum Card

Member since 1977

Accepted card and agreed to paying annual membership fee for access toOPEN ENDEDcharging capabilities. (limits over 10,000.)

*2005 husband passed away and on a financial downslide ever since because of the economy and loss of job. Septemberrequested mortgage modification from Bank of America and due to their ultimate refusal to help and dragging out their assistance capabilities, I may loose the house is and my credit was hereby screwed up.
