American Express Rewards Plus
Seeking Others For Possible Class Action Suit

I am thinking of filing a class action suit against American Express. Here is the deal. I need to hear from people who have the same problem.

I applied for and have in my possession a Rewards Plus Gold Card and Business Platinum Card

Member since 1977

Accepted card and agreed to paying annual membership fee for access to OPEN ENDED charging capabilities. (limits over 10,000.)

*2005 husband passed away and on a financial downslide ever since because of the economy and loss of job. September requested mortgage modification from Bank of America and due to their ultimate refusal to help and dragging out their assistance capabilities, I may lose the house is and my credit was hereby screwed up.
