Creditors Service Bureau Rip you off and and verbally abuse you

I have had absolutely horrible customer service. I signed a contract with this comapny August. They made a deal with our debtor without consulting us. Then when I called them about it after the debtor contacted me to make sure everything was paid, I (not being able to talk to the person that had our account) the lady who answered the phone assured me that I would receive the full amount that would have been paid to us had they not made the deal. A month later I received a check for less than a 1/4 of the amount owed to us. I would call and leave messages to be called back and they would never call me back. Today is the 1st time I could even get through to the person that now has our file. Please note today is 1/17. So in 6 months I have not had a call back from them. When I got through to Tim Martin today. He told me that our comapny was not important. If we were Coca Cola or a company of that size then we would have gotten a call back. When I told him I was going to file a complaint with the better business bureau he told me to F* off! And that they pay money to receive a good rating. That my complaint would not affect them. Please do not use this company!!
