Just like the majority of complaints, I too had the worst experience ever with AT&T. Fedup with TRYING to straighten the problems out with the custer service agents, I finally filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Within two days, I was contacted by AT&T in Atlanta where corporate headquarters are located. Less than three weeks later I received my first resolution to my satisfaction in the way of a refund for overcharges for Unlimited LD call plan/U-Verse internet. I wanted telephone service at $35 a mo. But the service agent recommended I also take the internet special of $19.95 per mo for 1 yr. Bills arrived always more than what owed, and consistently over the 3 months, when I decided enough was enough. Just the other day, I received a tatement I owed over a $100 because I terminated early. I WASNT notified of this at the time I enlisted. Called customer service and the agent was beyond rude, so I filed ANOTHER complaint with BBB just the other day. I got a call yesterday from ATT to let me know theyd investigate. TODAY, I got a call saying they would credit my account the full amount.instead of complaining about the overcharges and trying to deal with the nasty agents, FILE a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, youll get satisfaction and faster resolution to the problems. The biggest problem Ive had, and Im sure many others is dealing with the customer agents. They ARENT telling us vital information, nor are they being properly trained to understand our concerns.
