Citimortgage is a sham and practices unfair/unethical practices

I made the mistake of a lifetime when i applied for a loan modification with citimortgage. They jerked me around for 6 months then tried to attach a escrow amount to my regular loan payment claiming i was under their loan mod. Plan. If i was under the plan, why wasnt my monthly payment lowered! They wanted me to pay an additional $400 a month. I have been lied to misled and let totally frustrated by their actions. Everytime you talk to a rep. You get a different answer. But it all boils down to the same thing, they are lying & are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. I filed a complain with the office of corporations located in sacramento ca and hopefully they can do an investigation of citimortgage. I am hoping to file a lawsuit against them also they make your life a living hell and you feel like cursing out every last one of them
