Refund Check for Line of Credit Overpayment Never Received

A check for a refund of an over payment to a personal line of credit was supposedly mailed to me by the bank on July 7. The check was not received nor cashed. An affidavit by me was done at the bank on November 2 (per the instructions of the bank). The branch is the medlock/statesbridge office in Duluth.

A second affidavit was done the same month. The bank manager and her assistant were both made aware of the situation. I closed my account due to this and other poor service reasons.

To this date I have not received the refund!!!
